COMPOSTING
Every one of us can enact one if not both of the two main forms of composting:
Garden and Food Composting.
Composting keeps the nutrient rich material from filling up the landfill, makes our plants grow healthier, and reduces our dependence on petroleum based fertilizer.
The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation makes it easy with an informative section on the website, selling bins and offering workshops
